Central Valley Tank returns as IMCA Stock Car sponsor

(Bakersfield, CA) – Bakersfield Speedway is delighted to announce a multi-year sponsorship agreement with Central Valley Tank as the official division sponsor of the IMCA Stock Cars at the Bakersfield Speedway for 2016 and beyond.

The sponsorship is part of Central Valley Tanks ongoing commitment to help the division grow at Bakersfield Speedway. 2016 will mark the second full season of racing for the IMCA Stock Car division at the West’s Fastest 1/3 Mile High Banked Clay Oval.

Headquartered in Fresno California, Central Valley Tanks is a family owned and operated custom manufacture of above ground and underground tanks which has been in business since 1990.

CVT general manager and IMCA Stock Car driver Pat Biggs stated, “I’m really pleased to help the Stock Cars again at the Bakersfield Speedway. I’m looking forward to a great season and watching how the division grows in Bakersfield.”

The IMCA Stock Cars are slated for 13 races on the 2016 event schedule. The rise in scheduled races in the upcoming season is a sign that the Speedway is dedicated in doing their part in growing the car count in the future. The Stock Cars first hit the track March 12th and are also scheduled as a support division for the return of the World of Outlaws Sprint Cars on April 15th.
