Speedway announces new summer hours

Bakersfield Speedway announces that new summer hours will be in place through the end of the regular points season. As of this Saturday July 30th, spectator gates will open at 5:00pm and racing will get underway at 7:00pm sharp. Speedway management has made this adjustment in an effort to help with the summer heat for racers and spectators that attend events during “Hot August Night’s”. These summer hours will stay in effect through the end of the last points race September 24th.
