Impressive start for Pounds at Speedway opener

Opening Night 2013

Opening night 2013 has arrived.  This Saturday March 2nd the Bakersfield Speedway roars back to life for its 67th racing season. Four divisions of racing starts off the Budweiser weekly racing series at the historic 1/3 mile clay oval north of Bakersfield. Mini Dwarf Rules Update

The 2013 Mini Dwarf rules have been updated. We discovered we had made a couple typing errors when they were first released. Those corrections have now been fixed. Due to some feed back received from some parents, we are allowing a grace period to make the rear tire size change over. That grace period is outlined in the rules. Please look at the corrected version posted on the website for the mini dwarf rules.

2013 driver registration day is set for Saturday February 16th 2013. Memberships, car numbers and reserved parking spots will be sold that day. Registration starts at 10:00am and runs through 1:00pm.
